Jessica González Martínez is a strategic and inclusive economic development leader with more than 17 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors. Currently serving as vice president at a regional intermediary, Jessica oversees environmental justice interventions across six regional states and leads compliance and program strategy for a multi-state grant initiative. Previously, Jessica served as national senior advisor at the New Growth Innovation Network, where she led a national community of practice for economic and community development professionals. She also held leadership roles at Local Initiatives Support Corporation and the City of Phoenix, supporting equitable development and funding for BIPOC-owned businesses.
