Justin Van Fleet, CPA, is chief financial officer of Nexalin Technology, Inc., where he oversees the company's finance, accounting, SEC reporting, treasury and investor relations.
Before joining Nexalin, he spent more than 20 years in public accounting, ultimately serving as an assurance partner and advising public and private companies on financial reporting, strategic transactions and regulatory compliance.
Justin brings extensive experience working with executive leadership teams and boards of directors. As treasurer and a member of the executive committee of the Community Foundation of South Jersey, he is committed to sound financial stewardship and meaningful community impact.
