Teresa Giménez is director of the Spanish language program and lecturer in foreign languages at the University of Pennsylvania, where she brings a strong focus on culture and intercultural understanding to her work. She encourages her students to think critically and appreciate different perspectives so they can engage more thoughtfully with one another and their communities. Teresa brings that same commitment to community engagement to her work with the Community Foundation of South Jersey, supporting efforts that promote diversity, equality and social justice, and building connections that can help address important challenges facing South Jersey.
