This Transfer of Wealth study measures the total wealth in each Southern Jersey county and then determines how much of this wealth will likely be transferred over the next 40 years, to the next generation. TOW is constructed using projected CNW and mortality rates by age. Potential charitable bequests are constructed assuming a 5% capture rate, standard in the studies of transfer of wealth.
