Dominique supports CFSJ’s strategic priorities and organizational initiatives, helping strengthen operations, programs, partnerships and the Foundation’s capacity to serve the South Jersey community.
She is founder of DV Solutions LLC, and brings more than 15 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit-focused work. Her expertise includes strategic planning, grant development, program management, stakeholder engagement and special projects. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations identify needs, develop funding opportunities, build partnerships and turn ideas into actionable strategies.
