Community Impact Manager
Emma is our community impact manager. She leads the Camden Food Fund, a community-led impact investment initiative that expands access to capital and business support for Camden entrepreneurs while strengthening the local food economy. She has helped grow the fund from an initial concept into a place-based investment collaborative centered on community voice and shared decision-making.
Emma has more than a decade of experience in community economic development. Previously, she worked with The Food Trust in Camden, supporting small business owners and local food access efforts, and spent several years in Peru leading community economic development and women’s entrepreneurship projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in urban studies with a specialization in community organization from the University of Pittsburgh
