Interim Executive Director
Qawi, interim executive director, provides strategic leadership for the Community Foundation of South Jersey, helping guide the organization, strengthen partnerships and advance its work throughout the region.
Qawi is principal consultant and founder of Q&A Thought Partners, where he provides executive coaching, facilitation and consulting to help leaders and organizations strengthen relationships and build healthier cultures. His extensive community leadership experience includes serving on the CFSJ board, as president of the Rutgers School of Business Alumni Association, co-chair of the Black Alumni Collective and president of the Lawnside Board of Education. He is also a LeadNJ Fellow.
